Shipping policy

At Lockpickings a shipment is already free from 50,- euro and your order will be delivered from the next day. To make this possible we often use the shipping service of DHL. However, occasionally we will make an exception and use the service of PostNL, UPS or DPD. If you want to be served exclusively by one of these postal companies, please contact us.

Our shipping costs will be automatically displayed at the checkout screen.

What is the processing time for my order?

All orders are processed by 4:30pm on weekdays. Once we pack the order for you you will receive an email from us containing the track & trace details of your shipment. The shipment will be delivered to the mail order company at 16:30.

Orders are not packed over the weekend and will not be processed until Monday.

On rare occasions, such as during the busy period in December, a shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow for this delay during shipment.

If the delay adds up to more than two business days, please contact us so we can start an investigation immediately.
